Hi, I’m Justice.
I swing trade prop firm accounts.
I’ve received over $7K in payouts,
but I’m still working on consistency.
I first made $200, then $700,
then $1,000 and all of a sudden
I could see $50K months.
I thought I’d figured it out.
I started reinvesting all my payouts
into more challenges and trying
to grow quicker.
But I stopped studying, collecting data
and reviewing trades.
Slowly, I lost what was working for me
and didn’t even realise it.
Right now I’m back on demo,
practising new risk setups and working
on my pre- and post-trade routines.
I’m at peace though.
My trading performance doesn’t define me.
Only God does.
If you’re working on your first payout,
or trying to get paid again,
I’m sharing what I’m learning from
my trade reviews, risk experiments
and mistakes.
Getting the first payout is super important.
But after it, slow down.
Don’t stop working on what got you there.
If this is you too, say hi.
Let’s connect.

I know AI has opened up incredible possibilities for us to build amazing things, but let’s not lose sight of the fundamentals.
The average user spends about 43 seconds on a landing page. With all the animations, 3D elements, and visual effects you’ve added, the entry animation alone takes 15 seconds of that time.
That’s nearly 35% of the user’s attention spent waiting before they even get to experience the product.
Yes, it looks impressive. But does it work? Does it communicate value quickly? Does it serve the user, or is it just an impressive visual experience?
AI has made it easier than ever to build beautiful things. But good design has never been just about how something looks. It’s about how well it works.
Let’s not get so caught up in what we can build that we forget the basic principles of what makes a product great: usability, speed, clarity, and functionality.
A business is offering $15 to research just 10 potential customers.
If you're learning to trade and don't have another online skill yet, this is something you can start learning.
It's called lead research.
Here's how I'd practise it using Google, AI and a spreadsheet.
01/ Understand what you're being paid for.
Businesses need customers.
But they don't always have the time to research and find people who might need their services.
That's where you come in.
Your job is to find businesses that match what your client is looking for.
02/ Pick a business to practise with.
Let's say you're helping a web design agency.
They want businesses with outdated websites that could benefit from a redesign.
Your job is to find 10 businesses that match.
03/ Start your research.
Open Google Maps.
Search for businesses in one city.
E.g. salons in Dublin.
Visit their websites and look for actual problems.
Is the website difficult to use on mobile?
Are the services clear?
Is there an obvious way for customers to book?
04/ Organise your findings.
Open Google Sheets.
Create these columns:
- Business name
- Website
- Location
- Business contact page
- Problem you noticed
- Why they could be a good prospect
- Source link
Start with 10 businesses.
05/ Now bring in AI.
Use ChatGPT to help you organise and categorise your research.
Give it the information you've collected.
Ask it to flag missing details, duplicates and businesses that don't match your criteria.
But verify everything yourself.
Your client is paying for accurate research.
06/ Build your proof of work.
Put your 10 businesses into a clean spreadsheet.
Make sure every business genuinely matches your criteria.
Now you've got something to show a potential client.
Label it as a sample project.
07/ Go find the work.
Search Upwork for:
- Lead researcher
- B2B lead generation
- Prospect research
- List building
- Virtual assistant research
Read the job requirements.
Apply to relevant opportunities with your sample.
Explain how you researched and verified the businesses.
Your task this week:
Find 10 businesses.
Build one clean prospect list.
Practise checking the information.
Find 5 job opportunities.
Start applying when you can demonstrate the work.
It's a small service, but it's something businesses are already paying people to do.
And you can keep improving the skill while you learn to trade.
Good morning X ☕
Wednesday already.
How many trades so far this week?
Me: 1 trade in progress. 0 win, 0 loss.

I've had two conversations with traders recently.
One knows graphic and web design but doesn't know how to find clients.
The other doesn't have an online skill yet.
Both want to make money outside trading.
I'm curious, which situation are you in?

Mastering Forex trading won't
happen in 1 year.
If your mentor wants to sell you
a course '"master forex in 30 days",
Run 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️
