🚨🇵🇹 Cristiano Ronaldo on suspension and being fined €255 by Portugal:
🗣️ “Well, Portugal have done their worst, and honestly, I have nothing more to say about it. I’ve spent years giving everything for this country, and I know what I’ve contributed to Portuguese football.
“However, life goes on. I’m not going to hold grudges or allow this situation to distract me from my career. What’s done is done, and I’m ready to let bygones be bygones. I respect Portugal, but I also know my worth. We move forward.”

🚨🎙️ Nuno Mendes on missing the upcoming clash against Barcelona and his thoughts on Lamine Yamal being the best player in the world:
“Honestly, I’m not happy about missing this game because it’s one of those matches where you know you need to be on the pitch helping your team, especially when you understand the kind of opponent you’re about to face.
“After our Champions League clash against PSG, I noticed a knock in my left leg. Thankfully, it wasn’t anything too serious, and right now, I’m feeling good.
Reporter🎙️: If you’re feeling good, why can’t you make yourself available for the game?
“Because feeling okay doesn’t necessarily mean you’re fully fit. I could probably play against a normal opponent, but risking myself when I know I’m going to face the current best player in the world would be a big mistake.
“I remember what I went through the last time I faced him when I was fully fit, so imagine doing that while still recovering from an injury. (laughs)
Reporter: Do you genuinely believe Lamine Yamal is the best player in the world?
“Yes, absolutely. We’ve had some rivalry moments on the pitch, but you cannot deny greatness when you see it. The talent is there, and I respect that.
“Honestly, you have to be lying to yourself if you watch what Lamine is doing and still refuse to acknowledge how special he is. He has the ability to change a game in seconds, and that’s what makes him so dangerous.
“But we’re not going into this game scared of anyone. We believe we can stop him, and the team will be prepared to deal with his threats.
“However, Barcelona are not just Lamine Yamal. They have quality everywhere on the pitch, and if you focus on one player alone, someone else will hurt you.
“That’s why we have to stay ready, stay disciplined, and approach the game as a team. We know how difficult it will be, but we believe in ourselves.”

🚨🎙️ Luis Enrique on Barcelona’s most dangerous player ahead of their upcoming clash:
“Honestly, you can’t afford to ignore anyone in that Barcelona team. The confidence Hansi Flick has given those players is incredible. People will look at Barcelona and immediately say Lamine Yamal. Others will say Raphinha, and understandably so. They’re two of the most productive players in the team, and Lamine, especially, is in fantastic form. He can decide a game in a matter of seconds.
“But if you understand football beyond the goals and assists, there’s one player I would tell you to watch very carefully. Fermin Lopez. Trust me, when that boy gets heavily involved in a game, you’re going to have a very uncomfortable night.
“His technique, his movement, his decision-making… everything is so sharp. The moment you start treating him like a kid because of his age, you’ve already made a mistake that could cost you the game.
“I love watching Barcelona play, and whenever I watch Fermin, I sometimes find myself asking, ‘Is this boy really from La Masia?’ (laughs) I’ve coached Barcelona before, and I understand the kind of footballers that academy produces, but this boy has something different about him.
“He can shoot from almost any angle, connect with his teammates, find spaces you don’t expect him to find, and he’s physically stronger than people give him credit for. Every time I watch him, he reminds me a little of Ivan Rakitic. He’s one of those players who might not receive the same attention as the biggest stars, but his contribution to the team is enormous.
“Of course, we’ll study the rest of the team and do everything possible to find a way to stop them. But Barcelona are not a team you prepare for by focusing on just one player. If you make that mistake, someone else will punish you.
“Honestly, this is going to be one of the toughest teams we’ve faced in a long time.”

🚨 Gabriel Magalhaes reveals what he told Liam Delap during Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal:
🎙️ REPORTER: Gabriel, we saw you exchange words with Liam Delap during the game. What exactly did you tell him?
🗣️ GABRIEL: I told him straight to his face that he needs to calm down and be humble. Honestly, who does he think he is? You’re not that good, bro. You need to stop acting like you’ve already conquered football.
🎙️ REPORTER: Those are harsh words. Why did you feel the need to say that to him?
🗣️ GABRIEL: Because he was behaving like he had something to prove to everybody. Listen, if you were really that good, you would have survived and succeeded at Chelsea. You don’t just walk around acting like a superstar when you haven’t even established yourself at the highest level.
🎙️ REPORTER: So you don’t rate Liam Delap as highly as some people do?
🗣️ GABRIEL: Not at all. People hype young players too quickly these days. One or two good performances and suddenly they’re acting like the next big thing. Delap needs to understand that football is about consistency, not noise. If you’re as good as you think you are, let your football do the talking.
🎙️ REPORTER: Do you think he needs to change his attitude?
🗣️ GABRIEL: Absolutely. Talent without humility will take you nowhere. You’re still trying to prove yourself, yet you’re carrying yourself like you’ve won everything. Chelsea gave him an opportunity, and things didn’t work out the way he would have wanted. Instead of learning from that experience, he needs to stop acting like he’s above criticism.
🎙️ REPORTER: Do you have any final words for Liam Delap?
🗣️ GABRIEL: Yes. BE HUMBLE, BRO! You’re not that guy yet. If you were as special as you think you are, Chelsea wouldn’t have been a chapter you’d want to forget. Stop the arrogance, work on your game, and earn your respect. Football doesn’t care about your ego. It only cares about what you deliver on the pitch.
That’s Palmer’s logic mf
