I don't understand why these places don't use an ID system to verify buyers and boot the bots. They're doing it in Japan.

I spent my morning sorting out my collection. Keeping a few of the cards I really love and selling the rest. I've collected with my son for years. We've both lost interest amid the scalping. After the 30th, neither of us plans on opening anymore.
I was logged in 10 minutes prior to drop, and clicked through and renewed my membersip and made sure my shipping and payment info was updated. They took my money no problem. Then one minute before the drop it logged me out and wouldn't let me in on the app, PC, nothing.
I already called and cancelled and got my refund. I don't have a physical store near me, so online is the only way I've ever been able to score cards for my kids. Tonight was a joke. Still haven't been able to get my hands on AH.
Renewed my membership for this drop and can't get logged back in on anything. They are going to be refunding a lot of memberships tomorrow...
