was having trouble adding $ to my OMNY card this morning. called customer service & i swear the support was falling asleep while she was talking to me. long pauses after i gave her my info. the heavy breathing/sighing. i had to hang up after 20 min on the phone. @OMNY_Info @MTA

i hope everyone has a wonderful sunday! it’s absolutely perfect weather in NYC. cool, sunny. i encourage everyone everywhere to get out there and enjoy the sun and touch some grass.
