We’re committing a portion of Anthropic’s shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, a new wholly owned entity dedicated entirely to the public benefit.
It will start off with 5% of our shares. For every 50% increase in the company’s value over a set baseline, we can contribute up to an extra 2%, subject to our board’s discretion.
In total, this means that roughly 20% of Anthropic’s shares are committed to the public good. Our co-founders have already pledged to donate 80% of their equity, and around half our employees are donating a portion of their equity as part of a donation matching program we’ve run since our founding.

Gurinder Singh Gill is accused of murdering and burning the remains of Jasmine Gill in California.
Gurinder told the Sacramento County Sheriff that ICE picked up his wife as she went to get the mail.
When they began investigating, they learned the Gills were getting a divorce and a custody battle over their child was taking place.

One of the loudest voices telling Florida citizens to vote NO on Amendment 3 is Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.
Easy for him to say when he's making $253K annually plus benefits, but not terribly helpful to this state's citizens struggling to pay their bills.
I get that Grady and other sheriffs like himself don't want to have to budget like the rest of us, but there's no reason why he can't.
Most all of the lies being told about Amendment 3 are coming from organizations who directly benefit from your tax burden.
Stay in your lane Grady, you're basically a podcast celebrity posing as a sheriff and nothing more.
Vote YES on Amendment 3.
