- they only publish data from 2018 onwards - in 2020, as the Covid pandemic started, the number of patients being able to access public healthcare was down by 5-10 percent (see graph). This may have affected these figures. 1/x

None of the <5 year olds have. And about 16% of 5-11 yo (mostly among school aged children since that's where they got the C19 vaccinations). This is PD.
