$NVDA is reportedly requiring Samsung, $MU and $SKHY to build the base die for its next-generation custom HBM on $TSM 3nm process.
That gives Nvidia more flexibility to shift orders between suppliers as HBM prices rise while putting TSMC in a position to benefit regardless of which memory maker wins the business.

🚨Six Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) officers face termination or have resigned after an internal investigation uncovered a text message thread filled with severe racial slurs, including the n-word, and other explicit biases.
The text messages were discovered by the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) while reviewing a phone belonging to former officer Seth Elliott. Elliott was undergoing a separate criminal investigation for allegedly misusing the department's Flock license plate reader network to aid a drug dealer.
Key Details of the Scandal
•The Content: The texts, which spanned several years, featured racial, sexual, and religious biases. Officers bragged about arresting Black residents, targeted Black drivers, and even instituted a competition to see who could make traffic stops involving the most Black drivers. In one message obtained by investigators, an officer explicitly stated that their group message group "sound like a clan rally".
•Officer Fallout: Out of the six officers implicated—all of whom were part of the same 2024 graduating class—three have officially resigned. The other three remain suspended without pay while a Civil Service Board reviews recommendations for their termination.
•Federal Investigation: On October 15, 2026, the FBI launched an active investigation into the department for civil rights violations.
•Impact on Legal Cases: Defense attorneys in Charlotte have raised alarms that any pending or past criminal cases involving these officers are now severely jeopardized due to overt racial bias.

Look at the numbers:
1) Photoshop, Premiere and Substance 3D: Up to 2x faster AI processing, editing and effects using RTX Spark.
2) Frame.io: Around 5x faster embedding generation and 4–5x improvement in P95 processing latency using NVIDIA NVDEC, TensorRT and CUDA.
3) Brand Concierge: Adobe is integrating NVIDIA Nemotron open models for enterprise AI conversations. NVIDIA will also use Brand Concierge on its own website.
I like the Frame.io integration. NVIDIA is accelerating video decoding, preprocessing and embedding generation, making large media libraries searchable much faster.
For $ADBE, faster creative workflows and enterprise AI capabilities could strengthen its existing products without forcing customers to change platforms.
For $NVDA, this expands RTX, CUDA and Nemotron adoption into software used by creative professionals and enterprises.
Adobe gets faster AI-powered products, while NVIDIA gets deeper integration into creative software that already has an established customer base.
The reported speedups are for selected workloads, but the technical integration is already happening.

This is now a hostage situation and standoff with the hospital.

🚨 GOOD NEWS : $NVDA RELEASES A 120B OPEN-WEIGHT AI MODEL.
AND $PLTR IS ONE OF THE BIG BENEFICIARIES.
Today, NVIDIA launched Nemotron 3.5 Super VL, a 120B-parameter multimodal model with only 12B parameters active per token.
NVIDIA claims up to 5x faster throughput than comparable open models, with support for reasoning, tool use, images, PDFs and complex agent workflows.
Now remember, $PLTR and NVIDIA already have a partnership bringing Nemotron models into Foundry and AIP, grounded in Palantir's Ontology.
Imagine a manufacturer using Nemotron to analyze inspection images, maintenance reports and equipment documentation.
Palantir's Ontology connects those findings to actual equipment, inventory, production schedules and business rules. AIP helps turn the analysis into operational workflows with the right permissions and approvals.
And because Nemotron is open-weight, customers can customize and deploy it inside their own infrastructure.
For $PLTR, more capable and cheaper open models could make AIP deployments more attractive without Palantir having to develop the foundation models itself.
The existing NVIDIA partnership is confirmed, although this specific Super VL model hasn't been announced as an AIP integration.
NVIDIA will keep improving the models, while Palantir will help enterprises put that intelligence to work inside their operations.
