Celtics had to blow up 80% of their championship team within 2 seasons to get out of the 2nd apron. No front office wants to operate under the 2nd apron restrictions or pay the talent price to exit. Knicks have done more to keep a title team together than any recent champ.

Brunson is the guard I’d trust in a Game 7. Not because of the highlight reel. Because of the eyes in the fourth. Same cold midrange when the defense loads up. Same willingness to walk into somebody else’s building and end the night. Kobe had it. MJ had it. Brunson’s got the closest thing we’ve seen to that killer mindset in a long time. When the series is on the floor, give me him with the ball.
