I still get a kick whenever organizers ask who the photographer for my gogo shots is. 😅 They're not professionally done, but with how busy things are, I can't always lock in dates for shoots. 🫠 (Also I did get more lights and stands with the tip money. Lol.)

The first thing I'm using my tip money on is better photography equipment. 😆 Had to do a last-minute shoot for the poster. Good thing my streaming equipment came in handy.

I think why a lot of gay men in Manila think we've been "invaded" is the lack of variety in terms of nightlife experiences. Gay bars either lean toward drag bar or KTV. If I want to hook up, sa sauna na ako diretso. Which is boring. Wala rin tayong dedicated cruising bars.

From working with owners in the past, many of them are careful about being shut down for being too risqué. Hanggang softcore "kink nights" lang. If anything, blame the church's influence on government officials. Not the drag community, and fem and trans people. 🤷🏻‍♂️

As a performer, I love having fem, non-binary, and trans folk at my shows and events. 🙂‍↕️🙏🏻 They're some of the loudest to cheer! 😆💖 As a customer, if I'm looking to hook up for the night, I don't care that they're there. (Some events have a designated darkroom for that.)
