Frankenstein’s Creature Ring.
I have made another wearable miniature ring as a birthday gift to someone very special. As always, I’ve carved out the metal underbelly of the ring, inserted the miniature inside, painted it, later covering it with resin.
I hope you enjoy!

I knew a guy who worked for Texas Instruments back in the day. He told me that after they created the first electronic hand calculator, they got a call from Bell Telephone.
The folks from Bell were really worried. You see, when they created the first push-button phone, they did extensive tests and analyses to determine the EXACT BEST PATTERN for the number buttons. They wanted the pattern that would be the easiest for people to tap in the dark or via muscle memory.
But when they saw that Texas Instruments' calculator had the exact opposite layout, Bell realized they must have blundered.
"So," they asked. "What did your tests show?"
The guys at Texas Instruments just gaped stupidly and said, "Tests?"

There are 48 hours left in the Krenz Artwork Academy - Perspective by Construction campaign, and we have some good news to share.
The Female Swordfighter pack contains 50 digital reference photos of a real model in costume. It was originally an early bird bonus for the first 72 hours. Now every backer who pledges during the campaign will receive it, including those of you who have already backed.
This pack is separate from the small pack of real model pose reference photos (50 photos) included in the USD $65 tier, so backers at USD $65 and up will receive both packs.
Please note that the Female Swordfighter pack is only for backers who pledge during the campaign. Late pledges made after the campaign ends do not include this pack.

The campaign ends on Monday, October 12, at 11:59 PM San Francisco time (Tuesday, October 13, 3:00 AM New York / 8:00 AM London).
