Does another PL team just give up games until they sign the right players? At the start of every season, we’re not fully equipped because we want to do late business. Now, it’s waiting to sign Ordonez in January without signing anyone of that quality for half a season?

Has a Palace team ever been this wide open & vulnerable at the back? Every set-piece we look like we’ll concede. Who would’ve thought the fans were right when we were unhappy about recruitment in defence? We’re always the defensive team in this fixture but now we can’t defend.

It’s undeniable our recent record vs the ‘big 6’ is honking. We’re in our 14th consecutive season in the PL, but can only point to famous victories years ago. Our record against Chelsea, & before that, Tottenham, is embarrassing. Let’s see if the tinpot Bs keep it up 🏆🏆🏆

I sincerely hope this isn’t actually the case. Leeds are a proper side, they’re in great form and we’re coming off the back of a full strength selection on Thursday. He needs to be given the 3 week international break with the defence, if we continue to ship goals in the four games after, it’s a very different conversation for me.
