Lighter is becoming a service provider with the Robinhood deployment and hyperliquid is building platform. Very different value capture
MMs capture a fee on flow they don’t control. a platform captures the value of everything built on top of it
Remember what Lighter actually does: it matches retail against MMs. MMs hedge on whatever venue has the deepest book which is hyperliquid or binance

Amazing seeing ether.fi featured on the @Visa website highlighting the new movement of DeFi-powered banking alternatives.
We appreciate @Visa for being early adopters and supporters of the future of consumer finance.

It is pretty trivial to create and manage an LST for Hyperliquid because of delegated POS and CoreWriter. If the exchange is tackling the difficult problem of aggregating users and market making, they might as well own the LST to capture all the value

6/ EtherFi Cash has scaled quickly since launch. In 9 months it issued 11,280 cards and processed $38M across ~410k transactions; avg ticket is ~$93.
Cash revenue: $2.1M YTD, with $0.19M in Q1, $0.50M in Q2, and ~$1.90M in Q3 (projected) as adoption and card usage ramped. Cash feeds balances back into Vaults to keep funds productive onchain.
