Ha @ncsc_nl, volgens NOS melden jullie nog geen actief misbruik, maar ik zie toch echt iedere uur > 100 attempts (gericht op een tweetal high profile klanten)
Security issues in the days of LLM-agentic swarms are crazy... but it makes mitigation easier too! So many tokens burned...

A horrific Russian strike in the Kharkiv region. A “shahed” struck people directly – in a park near an ordinary café. Pure atrocity. Six people were killed, including children. A little girl was killed in a stroller – her name was Angelina, she was just over a year old, born in August 2025… Her mother’s name was Inna. She died in the hospital… Another girl who was killed was 11 years old. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another 14 people were injured, including six more children.
I am grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine under these circumstances and helps us shoot down “shaheds,” shoot down missiles, and stop Russian assaults. These are horrific photos, but behind them are shattered lives and the truth about this war. Lives must be protected. Ukraine needs air defense. You can't think about making money with Russia as long as it continues its asinine war. We ask that sanctions on Russia stay in place as long as the killings continue. We ask America to be strong, and we ask it to apply the Lindsey Graham law. We ask Europe to continue its support. We ask that everything possible be done to bring peace and guarantee security. Ukraine wants peace. It is Russia that has insisted on continuing the killing all this time. The world has enough strength to stop the war. That strength must finally be used – against the murderers.

❗️Last night, the operation of Starlink terminals in Ukraine was restricted.
Connectivity began to drop when moving at speeds exceeding 160 km/h. As a result, a number of critical missions were disrupted.
SpaceX likely took these measures at the request of the Trump administration. Also last night, when Kyiv was attacked by ballistic missiles, Ukraine did not receive intelligence regarding their launch— a failure that could have led to higher casualties.
Ukraine did not attack Russian oil refineries, yet Trump has already begun imposing sanctions on my country. Meanwhile, sanctions against Russia have been eased.
The funny thing about hanging out with wine snobs with quite diverse political opinions is that none of them are climate change deniers
Absolutely amazed with the quality of SVG output of @OpenAI's Astra. Bitmap in, clean SVG out. SUPER HANDY
Session limits are really cramped with Astra on Plus. Not nice that even compaction eats session time away @thsottiaux
Hoe? Lees hier het hele AD-interview:

We Must Pace the Frontier: I’ve written a new essay on why the AI industry should slow down, with a three-part plan for doing so.
Anthropic is unilaterally committing to the first of these steps. We’ll provide third-party evaluators with permanent, employee-level access to our systems, so that they can verify adherence to our safety measures, report on incidents, and assess models’ alignment during training.

Hi @johnternus, in your new role, perhaps you can expedite that Finder in MacOS 28 finally does away with .DS_Store?
Codex 5-hour session limit has a nasty bug @thsottiaux, I started a session last night around 2300. At around 1, it was still going strong and I went to bed. It needed permission for something a few minutes later. Granted permission in the morning, so the turn took a bit more than 7 hours. Another short turn, session subsequently ran out. Now, gotta wait 5 hours more. So the 5-hour session limit becomes a 14 hour time out
This is indeed suuuupperr annoying, especially with the 5-hour session limits. Then to restart your task you burn tokens again and more importantly mess up your context window. I'd even prefer it to just not start the task if you're nearly out of tokens, waste of time @thsottiaux
AC's are great, but the solar watts that you keep out, you don't have to spend energy on pumping away. Two simple but effective measures in my 150-year old home. One solution is pretty, the other not so much 😅
