Great breakfast at @premierinn @TrenthamEstate in Stoke-on-Trent in the Potteries. But the plates are made in UAE - not Stoke! @VisitStoke. Why not support @SteeliteEMEA or Churchill China, take pride in our City & promote locally made pots? @AllisonCGardner @BBCRadioStoke

Father, we commend your servant Francis. Acknowledge, we pray, a sheep of your own fold, a lamb of your own flock, a sinner of your own redeeming. Enfold him in the arms of your mercy, in the blessed rest of everlasting peace & in the glorious company of the saints in light. Amen
