In memoriam of Alain Cribier pcronline.com/News/Whats-new…
It was with deep sadness that PCR and the interventional community learnt today of the sudden passing of Alain Cribier.
Professor Cribier changed the face of cardiology forever by creating the transcatheter aortic valve #TAVI, but above all he was a true gentleman, a kind-hearted and generous person, who endeared himself to his colleagues and cared deeply about his patients.
Our most sincere and heartfelt condolences to Alain Cribier's family, colleagues and loved ones - may he rest in peace.

With all the talk about the Succession finale on Sunday, we got to thinking about how the Roy family would invest and save their mountains of cash. It’s time for a thread... 👇 (1/9)

These final few weeks with my dad have been precious beyond words. At the end of every visit, he asked me to pray for him. Which of course I did. On my knees beside the big leather chair he was confined to for the past several months.
But as I was leaving his house this past Saturday night, he asked if he could pray for me. As if he knew.
Then, as was his habit, he said, “I couldn’t be prouder of you Andy.”
The source of a word determines its weight. Those were wonderfully weighty words. And his final words to me.
I’ll miss him every day until I see him again.

Why is it so hard to get routine testing done for patients with typical angina and history of CAD s/p PCI? @WellcarePlans @kentuckyacc @Cardiology It is increasingly disappointing providing an incomplete workup for patients..

A high credit score doesn't matter.
It's proof that you've borrowed money and paid it back, so that you can borrow more money and pay THAT back.
