Replying to @JROBCamps
@jrobcamps wasn’t able to host their live event, but was still able to donate over $5000 to our fund through their generous attendees!!
In this different time, we can still find the helpers.

.@JRobinson3 How do you catch up to competition that's already ahead of you? ⏩ "You gotta put more into it [than they do]. You do that by investing time and effort. That's the way you catch people."
THE ORIGINALS: Check out this camper list from the year it all started, 1978. 1987 NCAA Champion Rico Chiapparelli is in there, who else do you see?
ASK J ANYTHING: What's the most important thing a wrestler can do to improve in the offseason? ⬇️
Most wrestlers won't like this answer. That's the point. If you have the discipline to truly grind this offseason, you'll elevate yourself above every opponent next year.

Did you know that J Robinson (@JROBCamps) was an assistant coach for Iowa's 1983 NCAA championship team and head coach for Minnesota's 2001 NCAA championship team?

In 2000, J Robinson (@JROBCamps) stole an idea from 1996 Olympic champion Kendall Cross (@cross_kendall).
That idea laid the groundwork for Minnesota's historic 2001 NCAA Championship that included 10 All-American.

ASK @JRobinson3 ANYTHING: Nervousness before big matches • Every wrestler gets nervous before an important match. Is it preventable? Or should you embrace it? Watch J Robinson address this common question. #AskJAnything
🇺🇸🇺🇸 In the first episode of Ask J Anything (AJA), @JRobinson3 discusses what aspects of Army Ranger School we try to emulate at our Intensive Camps. Submit your questions by replying to this post and we'll have J answer them in future videos!
#MakeTheirDay • Now is the perfect time to show your gratitude to someone who has had a special impact on your life by writing and mailing (yes, that still exists!) a letter. There’s no better way to make someone smile. DM us a photo of you doing it and we’ll share it on Insta.
📹 JROB Technique Sessions: Body Lock Twist ⬇️
2X USA World Team member Pat Smith shows the proper form and technique of a body lock twist. This move can be a less risky alternative to throws such as headlocks and lateral drops.
