I’m watching Top Gun with my kid. We are 12 minutes in and so far it’s been one continuous cringe for me. Literally nothing in the opening sequence makes any sense.

I asked him “Do you want to just enjoy the movie or do you want me to ruin it for you with commentary?” We agreed to just enjoy the movie.

Congrats @NASAWebb! I'm curious why the vehicle's trajectory dipped for a while starting around main engine separation. Was it to take better advantage of the Oberth effect during the transfer orbit burn, or some other reason? 🚀🛰️💕

We're excited to launch our latest on Product Hunt! It pairs your brain with GPT-3's AI to power quick & confident decisions: 💭 Structure decisions around values 🙅‍♀️ Force hard choices between tradeoffs 🙏 Get aligned with teams, friends, and family producthunt.com/posts/condor…

1/ Unpopular opinion: multiplayer Minecraft is a bad game for children and you should discourage your kids from playing it. As an open world game it requires its players to collaborate to create a shared experience.

3/ I’ve seen similar behavior in groups of kids playing D&D for the first time. But there griefing is harder if the DM chooses to make it so.

4/ in sum: if your kid doesn’t play Minecraft yet, I strongly recommend dissuading them from starting. It’s a bad game for young kids.
