I'm still personally not on board with the "I literally didn't read a single thing" level. I think there are nuances beyond architecturally consistency that can come up, and you still don't know what you may not have properly specified in the corners. But overall, still top notch
Dang, this is _really_ good. Great job @fractaledmind. Required watching!
If you're a software engineer, this is a MUST watch. @fractaledmind, Leading all Product Engineering at @zardotapp, gives the best articulation of how to reasonably apply AI to software development that I've heard yet. I've seen first hand how incredibly well this all works in practice 👏

pstack-claude is a port of poteto's pstack for Claude Code, Codex, Pi, Copilot and OpenCode. It brings the principle skills and poteto-mode workflows over from Cursor. 2,027 stars.

let me tell you why saas is not dead and how deep in the rabbit hole we are on x
⬖ my wife is technical enough, worked as QA before, understands the concepts of cloud, hosting, frontend vs backend, etc etc.
⬖ she has 2 subs to copen ai and claude, uses them on desktop and on mobile
⬖ she has heard me rambling about ai for 4 years non stop and knows most terms
⬖ she has vibed a few websites for fun and is a creative person overall
so i see she subscribed (recurring lol) to a "learn driving tests" app
i asked her wtf why dont u vibe yourself one?? it will be even better, more visual, tailored to you, etc etc.
she was like "uhm but why, someone already put all the effort and i just wanna be done with my driving tests"
now think about the people who have NONE OF THE bulletpoints above lmfao 💀
put a price tag and just put the saas in the bag lil bro
no one is vibecoding shit
I've been testing alot of decision models, or using normal models as judges with github.com/jpcamara/ruby_llm…
Celeris-1 Decision kind of nailed it, it's really good
Celeris-1 Decision is live today.
On jev-bench and typed decisions it beats Jev 1.13.0, OpenAI gpt-6-luna, Perplexity pplx-decider-v1.1-27b, and Inception Mercury Decide, on both accuracy and Brier score. Celeris-1-decision also led the benchmark in response time with a median of 67ms.
$0.04 per million input tokens, output free.

Why would I pay $15/month for your software when I can plan, build, review, improve, host, launch, scale, secure, patch, monitor and debug it myself?
I haven’t abandoned this, but I was waiting for the dust to settle a bit around all the social media craziness related to it. I’ll come back with some updated numbers and roda included
I still have more verifications to do, but the Rust version from DHH had all sorts of additional optimizations. When applied to Rails/Sinatra/Rage, they make a monumental difference @TheDumbTechGuy @inazarova @tenderlove I'll post up the source soon
I’ve been trying out the new GC per Ractor and it’s working so so well @_ko1
I did hit a performance regression and had some agents dig in, and it relates to the smaller initial heap size resulting in thousands of extra GCs in some cases

Should I open an issue or is this kind of expected behavior?
Ha! Rosa kindly merged my batch support PR for Mission Control Jobs last month, and I didn't even realize it! So if you're using SolidQueue batches, MissionControl has you covered github.com/rails/mission_con…
Btw the @hatchboxio MCP makes managing it a breeze too!
Check out my demo/doc site for yrby! It has live demos actually syncing real editors and yjs documents
Managed via @hatchboxio, which is working great @excid3!

RubyLLM 2.1 is out now and it's missing nothing from LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith.
- Up to 58x faster and 58x less memory
- Built-in MCP support with MCP Apps up to the latest spec
- Support for Jev and other Decision Models
- a new Evaluation framework
- OpenTelemetry tracing
You can have it all. The capabilities of the big Python frameworks, in a beautiful language like Ruby, integrated seamlessly into your Rails applications.

The Campfire ports and benchmarks are invalid. Nothing published is of credibility.
Yes we will be reading code less or none in the future. But that’s not today.
The Campfire ports proved absolutely nothing except one individual got bamboozled by AI’s benchmarks.
I still have more verifications to do, but the Rust version from DHH had all sorts of additional optimizations. When applied to Rails/Sinatra/Rage, they make a monumental difference @TheDumbTechGuy @inazarova @tenderlove I'll post up the source soon
Last conversion of the Campfire from my token stash goes to JavaScript/Express. As with the others, I'm sure you can find more to optimize. But this gives you a sense of what order of magnitude these options exist within with agent-led development. github.com/basecamp/once-cam…
I'm going to bed, but the agents are still tinkering on things and I told them to remove any particularly egregious caching

If I learned nothing else today it's that benchmarks are absolute nerd-snipes, and that @codewithrage is pretty sweet

I’ll be blogging about this very thing soon but unless you’re a rich millionaire with no boss nothing in life has changed.
Life still has consequences.
Bad code can lose your job.
Bad code can lose your customers.
How we make code has changed but the consequences have NOT
