Today's wtf moment - I'm stopped at the 3way stop by my house and go to proceed through when a Mercedes tries to blow his stop sign. I continue my turn in front of him. He responds by:
*Passing me on a residential street
*In a playground zone outside an elementary school
*With his phone in his hand
House a few doors down is being flipped and has a development permit sign out front for a rear attached garage. I have no issues, I have a rear garage too. But the permit is up for comment for a few more days and the footings are already poured. Seems optimistic.
