2.3% cashback is wild
Flex has the best solution for ad agencies, a space we entered just a few months ago.
One of the biggest challenges agencies face is finding reliable, high reputation BINs that can support high volumes of ad transactions.
We purposefully built out multi BIN infrastructure dedicated specifically for agencies and high volume ad spenders.
If you’re spending >$500K a month and are looking for one platform with:
> Up to 2.3% cashback
> Banking
> High yield treasury
> 32 currencies supported
> USDC/USDT
> Available in 100+ countries
> Working capital for qualified brands
> Robust APIs
DM me or call me directly, and i’ll personally onboard you.

the other crazy thing about making youtube videos is while i have been sinking 10 hours of my week on the minimum for the last three years of my life to making videos, i don’t think i ever want to become a full-time youtuber.
like living life gives me video ideas and the moment i need to live for content i think i will have 0 video ideas.
i do it because i love storytelling and long-form challenges me in an insane way both creatively and strategically. youtube just so happens to be the platform where i get to do all that.
youtube was never the dream but being creative and insane is.
one trap i’ve fallen into as a youtube creator is becoming focused on figuring out what works on the platform that the last couple videos i’ve put out started from “what i think will work” instead of “what story do i feel compelled to tell”. as a result, putting my own creativity, vulnerability, and voice second.
yes my videos have performed better and i’ve gotten better technically but the comment section feels less personal and i feel less connected to my videos. i feel like i have lost the very things that made people want to watch me in the first place. and my videos very much aren’t standing out.
idk youtube is very hard anyone who says that it is a personal hobby and not a business needs to try it themselves.
Love how a lot of the advice here is centered on building relationships
My personal favorites:
- Seek work from people you admire
- Double down on your personal unfair advantage
- Your failures define you as much as you allow it
