@Airtel_Presence Issue resolved today but same problem again tonight. Unable to raise complaint (app/chat/call).
Need permanent fix ASAP.
Noticed that Jio Payments Bank has started deducting ₹29.50 as quarterly charges this year. This wasn’t there earlier. Even if the amount is small, such new charges should be clearly communicated to customers. Considering closing my account because of this. #jiopaymentsbank

I am asking repeatedly. This is very very important.
Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair?
Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund.
Pls implement this immediately. I see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge.
If any of you reading this feel that this should be implemented immediately, comment with your thoughts and share until Railways makes it a fair deal for passengers.
This is long long overdue.

Super disappointed with Airtel. Instead of bringing new plans for voice and SMS, it just removed data from Rs 1999 and Rs 509 plans.
Clever workaround, but TRAI must look into this. The order from TRAI was to bring more affordable validity options.
However, as much as I have seen, TRAI will say that it doesn't interfere with the pricing of the telcos. This is what it will say now as well. So essentially, TRAI's order has made the Rs 1999 and Rs 509 plan more expensive.
What a disappointment. #Airtel
