Donald Trump’s ICE has completely eliminated trust with communities all across America — and it cannot continue to exist as it is. We need a complete overhaul of DHS.

Last year, I told every Republican member of Pennsylvania’s congressional delegation how many people in their districts would lose health care and SNAP if they passed their budget bill. And when Donald Trump told them to, they went to Washington and voted for it anyway. So on Tuesday, we beat them. I’ve always believed in reaching across the aisle to get things done. I’ve done it throughout my time as Governor — and we’ve gotten a whole lot done. But if you’re going to screw over Pennsylvania families — we’re going to use our power to defeat you and deliver real change for our Commonwealth and country.

The American people are tired of paying more for everything, watching corruption run rampant in Washington, and seeing us get pulled into endless wars. Donald Trump and JD Vance promised to lower costs and drain the swamp. Instead, they’ve made life more expensive and Washington more corrupt. People didn’t vote for that. They voted for a better future, and it’s on us to deliver.

Republicans in the State Senate stood in the way of commonsense progress for Pennsylvania for too long. Pennsylvanians agreed — and on Tuesday, we FLIPPED the State Senate, delivered a trifecta, and elected leaders who will actually work with us to move this Commonwealth forward.

Voters in Pennsylvania and all across this country showed up in a big way on Tuesday night. Their message was clear: We're putting a check on Donald Trump's corruption and his small, selfish enablers – and we're ready to move this country forward in a better, more hopeful, more positive direction.

On Tuesday night, the American people showed up and voted to protect our freedoms, defend our democracy, and keep fighting for the country we know we can be.

On Tuesday, voters across Pennsylvania and the nation declared with resounding force that we're done with the failed leadership and the rampant chaos, cruelty, corruption, and cost-raising policies that have defined the last two years in Washington. A new chapter in our Commonwealth and country's history begins now — and we're ready to deliver.

Last night, folks came together and resoundingly voted to put a stop to the chaos, cruelty, and corruption.

Donald Trump asked the American people to vote like he was on the ballot — we did, and his enablers lost everywhere.

No matter who you voted for, most folks want the same few things — good schools, safe communities, good-paying jobs, and their fundamental freedoms to be protected. That's what we're fighting for in Pennsylvania — and we're ready to keep delivering.

To no one's surprise: JD Vance is wrong. Trump, Vance, and their allies promised to lower costs, drain the swamp, and end wars — but they've done the exact opposite. Last night, the American people sent a clear message that we're not going to let JD Vance rewrite history — and we reject their failed agenda.

Democratic Governors across the country are getting shit done and standing up to the chaos, cruelty, and corruption every day — and after last night’s historic victories, we're now going to have a lot more joining our ranks.
