I find that LLMs have made focusing on the right things more important than ever.
Almost anything is buildable now, and speed is "cheap". Focus + good choices is what compounds now. And bad choices may have a huge opportunity cost.
Last week @nmediavilla19 and @rdelcampog were at @hackspain26 and wouldn't shut up about it when they got back.
250 builders, all under 30, 36 hours in Madrid. They said the weekend was special (and that the swag was good)
You can see the cutover: direct batches die Friday night, OTLP log batches take over, and by Saturday afternoon the wall is eating ~70 requests/minute while SQL keeps the dashboard alive.
Would have loved to be there in person but super proud that @rawtreedb contributed to it, with real-time agentic data infrastructure (and with Swag...) More of this please!

One of the principles shaping how we build @rawtreedb is that every feature should be available through the API, UI, CLI and MCP following the same patterns consistently.
