Reminder that the majority of its users are one tricks who are top 1k regulars. Phoenix: balanced Arrows & evo zap: strong but balanced Night witch: balanced Bomber: strong but balanced Golem: strong but several win cons are better. With the way they “claim” to be balancing the game now, it does not/will not get a nerf Ebarbs: have received 4 nerfs now and aren’t bugged anymore. What’s the next nerf? No spears at all? LOL Mini pekka: needs a nerf I may lead with a bit of bias and I’m not trying to say my opinion is perfect. But one thing for certain is people pick and choose what needs nerfs based off convenience. There’s no way you want to nerf Ebarbs a 5th time when there are at least 5 evos that are better (one that has dodged nerfs as the BEST evo for MONTHS is Evo baby dragon). Be reasonable. Another example is golem. There are several win cons you could argue are better, but because it’s an 8 elixir beatdown win con, complaints are louder. A lot of golem cope but most people won’t look in the mirror and see that synergy is not = to broken. Some of you will run way more broken cards in a deck and then complain about golem night witch lol

Buff evo egiant (I am biased because it 100-0s me). In all seriousness, control is extremely broken and needs a nerf. Ice wiz is the best hero, evo baby d best evo (imo), lightning is the second best spell (behind poison), and nado needs a radius nerf✌🏾

Ice wiz needs a nerf before 20 win

I’ve seen a lot of golem hate lately and here are my thoughts in the least bias way possible. Golem has always been a card that thrives off of strong support troops. One could argue the best support troop for golem right now is ebarbs. And despite constant complaining, base ebarbs are a horrible card and the evo is a mid tier/solid evo now. Lack of strong support troops in golem is why I believe they buffed golemites some seasons ago. I understand golemites deal GREAT damage, but to nerf golem as a card itself would completely kill this type of beatdown since golem does not have strong support troops. Traditional support troops like night witch is very mediocre. Another thing people fail to realize is that there are 2 golem variations you can use, neither of which are fully meta. Edrag pump golem and golem night witch are both one trick decks, that are quite frankly off meta. Edrag pump is good against other beatdown decks but weak against most cycle, and golem night witch has the most polarizing matchups out of golem decks. Goat Luca is the best golem player imo, and he tilts multiple times a season off of purely matchups. Golem itself is NOT boosted in the meta; the narrative claiming it is, is very biased and stems from a vendetta against beatdown. Side bar #1: Double Golem is a gimmick deck and off meta. Side bar #2: on average there are several golems that finish top 200 per season. And they are all one tricks. Golem on top ladder is extremely difficult to play. With all this being said, I do understand the complaints to nerf the below: - Golem (golemites) - Mini pekka (nerfs giant and golem) - Ebarbs (game winning card at times but still not a broken evo in my personal opinion) What I WON’T change my perspective on is: - Chef tower This is arguably the worst tower in the game and for the people that complain about it, you are truly biased. Princess tower IS and will ALWAYS be the best tower. Some of you walk around acting like princess tower is more “skilled” than the other towers, it’s not. It’s a preference and there are pros and cons to all of them and princess tower has no cons (don’t confuse this with me saying chef needs a buff. NONE of the special tower troops need a buff). But then again, the golem decks that are good are off meta and not NEARLY as boosted as other decks floating around. If you nerf the above ^ what support troops does golem have? I’ve come across some people that are reasonable, but overall, most hatred towards golem comes from feelings towards golem (beatdown) instead of a clear perspective on the state of golem in Clash Royale. Golem is a strong win condition, but is very underwhelming compared to the actual broken meta decks. Just my thoughts, I’m open to healthy conversation about this. I won’t reply to ignorance.

Reminder that making a mistake doesn’t matter when you have ice wiz in your deck. Still unbelievable that it wasn’t nerfed in mid season changes.

Random thought, but with 20 win coming up, I feel Supercell should take a different approach this year with boosting. I think that not only the booster, but the person getting boosted should be permanently banned. And if not, can we start banning accounts as soon as there is suspicious activity (as opposed to after 20 wins)? Boosting truly ruins the integrity of 20 win and its very unfair to players deserving. Just a thought.

I’m actually starting to feel bad for Awake. He could do so much good with his life; it’s honestly sad to see someone be depressed over someone else’s success. Hating on people out of jealousy must be a very sad life.
