Update: my Xfinity Mobile fraud issue has been resolved. Thanks to everyone who weighed in. Lesson for anyone reading: if a “Comcast agent” ever tells you to ship a device to a “fulfillment center,” it’s a scam. Stay safe out there. @ComcastXfinity
