40% staff costs

Unskilled!!! Hard work and dedication has got me to where I am today. This is along with my fellow hospitality and catering colleagues. Many leave the industry as they can’t cope! This sort of comments will just make the recruitment of staff harder!

Interesting.... I studied cooking and front of house for 4 years aged 16 to 20 in one of the best catering colleges in France. Without that world class education I do not know where I would be. Businesses can train staff but are not here to teach like schools
Just heard @DavidDavisMP say on @BBCr4today (1) that the EU gave us an "infinite" supply of unskilled workers and (2) this drying up will force employers to invest in training. WHICH IS IT? Are they skilled or not? And why didn't his interviewer challenge his flawed thinking?
