I didn't want my son to play football because of what I saw happening to players at every level of competition and every age. I'm glad he agreed not to.
A daughter has chosen to play soccer, and I've dissuaded her from heading the ball for the same reason.

You can't fix a brain the way you can a knee, an ACL, an elbow, or a shoulder. The brain, resilient as it may be, does not heal like a broken bone, sprained ankle or pulled muscle.

I frequently find #GeneralConference messages answer my prayers like pieces of a puzzle.
Other times, two speakers give what feels like the same message. That was Elder Dunn and Elder Eyring for me today. I swear they were the same message from two different perspectives.
