We’re on to Greensboro.

Admirals try to tie up the series point wise after earning a hard point on Saturday. Kristof Papp and Will Gavin continue to help Norfolk score three goals in four of five games this season. Osmundson has goals all in the first or last minute of the first period.

Unbelievable night at the Scope on Friday. Admirals look to even the weekend series tonight and get back on the winning column. Will Gavin has 6 points to start off the season. O’Leary and Reifenberger added their first goals of the year as well on Friday. Time to even it up!

Just the kind of start you expected from Vernon.

After a 1-1 record through two games the Admirals look to make a successful beginning season road trip to snag 4 of 6 points. Goalies Matt Vernon and Collin Delia have only allowed two goals combined through the first two games as the backstops have been strong so far.

Norfolk has not started 2-0 in the Jeff Carr era and have not done so since the 2018-19 season. Delia gets the nod for his anticipated Admirals debut; a veteran Goalie with 52 NHL games under his belt with Chicago and Vancouver. Matt Argentina also makes his Admirals Debut!

Admirals take game one of the 2026-27 season and give the Ghost Pirates their first regular season home opening loss in team history. Vernon stopped 33 of 33 for his first shutout of the year. Gavin, Hebert and Osmundson scored their firsts to kick off the campaign.

Third time in the last four seasons the Admirals start game 1 down Interstate 95 in Savannah to take on the Ghost Pirates. Just under a year ago, Norfolk saw a 4-3 OT victory in the same building to start the season 1-0. They look to do it again!
