If you don’t have the life you want… It’s not because the game is rigged. It’s not because your parents messed you up. It’s not because of anxiety, depression, or any other mental or physical condition. Here’s why you don’t have the life you want: You are tolerant of weakness. Newsflash: The game IS rigged. You must be strong enough to win a rigged game. Our parents messed ALL of us up. You must be strong enough to overcome your trauma. Mental and physical conditions DO make your life harder. You must be strong enough to bear the extra weight. The world is designed to punish the weak and reward the strong. Winning is simple: Get stronger. When you are strong enough, the world will bow at your feet and give you anything you ask. You won’t dream about a better future. You will command it. And the world will bend itself to your will.

I always thought I would die a virgin. I'm in a wheelchair. I have less strength than a toddler. I need help eating, going to the bathroom, everything. Guys like me didn't get laid. It was just a fact of life. But a part of me wondered... what if I wrong? In my 30s, I decided to test it. I hired a dating coach and started asking 10 women a day to have coffee with me. 10 years later? I've been on over 500 dates. Four relationships of 2+ years. Two marriage proposals. I said no both times. And my love life would make Hugh Hefner blush. Moral of the story: Test your beliefs to find out if they are true. You might find the cage around you exists only in your mind.

You think you’re too small to change the world? I used to think so too, but then the craziest thing happened: “I don’t have any dreams.” A burly man in a construction hardhat stood in front of me. His eyes full of sadness. I was on an assignment from a self-help seminar to ask complete strangers at a mall about their dreams for the future. But what happened shocked me. “I go to work,” he said. “I feed my kids. I sleep. There’s nothing else.” The despair in his voice stabbed my heart like a knife. “Come closer,” I told the man. He stepped forward and knelt down next to my wheelchair so we could see eye to eye. “You love your kids, right?” I asked. “More than anything.” “What kind of example are you setting for them? Do you want them to end up like you, a man with no dreams?” He began to cry. “What’s one small way your life can be better a year from now?” He thought about it. “Their grades could get better,” he said. “So maybe they can get into college.” “There’s a dream. A good dream. That your kids go to college. I want you to start talking about college with them every day. They should know you have dreams for them.” Tears were pouring down his face. “Thank you so much,” he said. “I think you just changed my life.” I smiled. “I didn’t change your life,” I told him. “You did. And you changed your children’s lives too.” He walked away. The whole interaction was two minutes, maybe less. It taught me so much. We think we are too small to have any impact on the world. We’re not rich enough, smart enough, connected enough to change anything. But change starts small. With a single question. With a complete stranger. With the courage to have a meaningful conversation. We don’t have to change the world. We just have to shift the thinking of one person. You can do that. So can I. Let’s do it together.

I’ve worked closely with the biggest YouTubers and podcasters in the world. People with 20M+ followings. People who earn over a million a month as content creators. Here’s 5 lessons you can learn from them… 1. They can hook your attention and hold it. 🪝 They obsess over thumbnails, headlines, opening sentences, editing techniques and “the algorithm”. They understand that attention is a currency and lots of small things add up to big things. Most entrepreneurs talk to people as if their attention is a given. These people talk to their audience like attention is the delicate, flighty, fickle thing that it is. 2. They can bridge. 🌉 Once they have your attention they can bridge it across to where they want it. They can deliberately optimise for watch time, clicks, purchasing or engagement. They aren’t randomly “making content” they are hooking attention and doing something with it on purpose. Most entrepreneurs aren’t clear about what they want to guide their audience to do next. These creators are crystal clear. 3. They are committed. 👩‍❤️‍👨 They show up for their audience every week - rain, hail or shine. They produce content relentlessly. They are prolific in their output regardless about how they are feeling or what else they are dealing with. As an interesting observation, ALL of them I’ve worked with personally are also in committed long-term relationships and have people on their teams who have worked with them for a decade. 4. They have elegant revenue models 💰 They know how to make money through an ecosystem of products and services that don’t cause friction with their wider audience. They all have several key income streams but most of it is under the radar. Many entrepreneurs are pushing one product and their audiences get tired of it. They don’t push, they have ways of identifying opportunities that don’t require aggressive sales tactics that divide their audience. A typical example of revenue streams would be: - sponsors - Adsense - signature product - signature course - influence for equity deals - speaking / appearance fees - book deals - membership 5. They digest massive amounts of data.📊 As charismatic as they are on the screen, they are even more dynamic looking at their dashboards. They collect and measure every piece of data they can get their hands on. Most entrepreneurs hardly collect or analyse much data. Not these people, it looks like they are in a media business but actually it’s just as much a data business.

I’m a millionaire, and I rent an apartment for $1700 a month. I drive a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. I don’t go on expensive vacations. I buy my clothes from department stores when they are on sale. I shop at Costco. My phone is a model from three years ago. I bought it refurbished. And here’s the thing: I’m happy with my simple life. It also allows me to reinvest a huge portion of my income. I can also take calculated risks without worrying about the losses destroying me. This allows me to think clearly about risk and reward. I say this to make a point: If you feel like you’re stuck financially and not moving forward, it’s probably because you’re spending too much money. I’m not talking to people in poverty here. I’m talking to people making $60,000 - $250,000. I know many people making $250,000 who are totally broke. They spend it all. They are addicted to expensive things. They are addicted to the appearance of success. They are addicted to making other people happy. They can’t imagine living on $50,000 a year. It seems impossible to them. This makes me sad. Because they are playing a game they are guaranteed to lose. At some point, something bad will happen, their income will disappear, and their life will crumble like a house of cards. I’ve seen it happen many times. The worst part is, they will blame everyone else. Their job, the government, the economy, whatever. Those are factors, but the core problem is their mindset. They think success is about the ability to spend more money. It’s not. Success comes from being happy with living cheap and reinvesting 50%+ of your income. The higher the percentage you can reinvest, the faster you get rich. This isn’t really a matter of debate. It’s a mathematical fact. The bigger the difference between your income and expenses, the faster you get rich. Assuming you invest. And just to be clear, I’m not saying you have to be miserable. I’m saying you have to disconnect your happiness from your spending. As long as there’s a link between the two, you’re screwed. The formula for wealth is simple: 1. Be happy living cheap 2. Work hard to deliver value to others and get paid in proportion to that value 3. Reinvest the highest percentage you can Do that, and you’ll get wealthy. Do not, and you won’t. The end.

I used to think no girl would ever want me. But I was curious... What if I was wrong? I decided to test my belief by inviting women out on coffee dates. Specifically, any woman: -Not wearing a wedding ring -Under the age of 40ish No other criteria. I made the goal of approaching 10 girls per day. I figured 1 would say yes. If I was lucky. But I was wrong. On average, eight said yes and gave me their number. The other two told me they had a boyfriend and I was really sweet. Over the next month, I went on over 100 coffee dates. Sometimes back to back. All kinds of women. Single moms, tattoo artists, executives, a stripper, and one retired porn star. I had zero agenda on the date. My only goal was to have an interesting conversation. Nothing else. After the date, I waited to see how many of the girls would text me back and say they had a really good time (girl-speak for "I want to see you again.") To my shock, it was about 85 of them. To be clear, not all of them had a romantic interest. Some said they just wanted to be friends. But more than 30 were interested in dating. Of those 30, I really liked five of them. So I went from... Point A: thinking I was totally unlovable Point B: dating five wonderful women at the same time Within 30 days. One of those girls became a long-term girlfriend. Moral of the story? You should TEST YOUR BELIEFS. My beliefs were TOTALLY WRONG. For 20 freaking years, I believed I was doomed to be single. My friends agreed with me. It was logical. It was sensible. But I learned... ANY UNTESTED BELIEF IS ARROGANCE IN DISGUISE. It takes humility to acknowledge you could be wrong. It takes courage to doubt what everyone has told you. But the alternative? A prison that exists only within your mind. So be humble. Search courageously for truth. And step into a new life where anything can happen.
