MAIS TOUTES les tribus du Cameroun devraient aller en stage de coaching et mentoring profond chez nos frères bamilékés pour apprendre la mentalité du travail.
Chaque tribus a des éléments à apporter aux autres, et évidemment comme partout il y a des humains paresseux et malhonnêtes dans toute les tribus.
MAIS dans la culture de flemme générale héritée de 42 ans de Sphynxologie, le peuple bamiléké a réussi à conserver un fort taux de dynamisme qu'il faut admirer et répliquer pour qu'on ait un pays qui avance.
Bon après chacun fait comme il veut, moi j'ai beaucoup appris de mes amis, mentors et collaborateurs des tribus de l'Ouest qui m'ont enrichi et je leur dis merci.
