i’ve been die hard OpenAI since the beginning, but after this last Dev Day and the changes to my Pro 200 account, I was seriously thinking about looking into Anthropic. This has my attention
TL;DR: colored labels for pinned tasks in the Codex desktop app
Hey @thsottiaux! I often see you ask for suggestions for Codex, and I have one that would make a big difference for me.
I use the pinned section constantly. In one repo alone, I have dozens, probably hundreds, of tasks. I pin the ones I’m actively thinking about, and when they’re no longer important, I unpin them and let them fall back into the project. I can still find them later through search if I need them again.
The thing is, not every pinned task has the same kind of importance. I always have a few coordinator tasks that I want to recognize instantly.
It would be wonderful if I could right-click a pinned task and give it a simple color label, maybe using the standard macOS colors. Then I could make all my coordinator tasks orange and spot them immediately, while still keeping everything else I need in the same pinned list.
It feels like a small addition, but for people managing a lot of ongoing work in Codex, I think it would be genuinely useful. What do you think?

Damn, what they say is true. I popped my banked reset with three days left in my usage week. So I start hammering it thinking I gotta use it all in three days before my next reset. I wake up the next day and it's moved my reset day back a week.
I pay $200 a month for Codex Pro. I get every dollars worth out of it and more. I just wanted to take some time and say thank you to the whole Codex team for the app you made and the very generous resets you’ve given along the way
I swear to God, some of you complain so much. You complain about free bonus resets that are not technically part of the plan you pat for. You complain about parties you don’t get invited to, after you’ve been badmouthing the company for months. You complain about usage using monster size models with intelligence greater than your own, while ignoring the workhorse models that you’ve been using for months.
I beg of you; go for a walk. Call a friend and ask him about their life. Tell someone you love them today. Find some positivity and hang onto it before you lose yourself.

I was rejected from the new Original Content Creator Program. And I haven't the faintest idea why. And I'm sad.
I started on X to connect with other people. It was always important to me to engage in discussion, and I was very happy that more and more people were also interested in my posts. Eventually, I reached a point where I could make a living from it.
I've always tried to comment on current trends and offer my own perspective. When I met people on my travels, they often said they liked that I was very opinionated. Therefore, I'm very surprised by X's rejection, which stated that I wasn't original enough. I never disclosed my earnings, never made it a topic of discussion, but always tried to only take exciting shots on current topics.
I would appreciate any support. I don't know if it will help, or if it's even possible. But I would be very grateful.
