Took me 7 minutes to sign up for @loadsterperf, set a test up, and have it run a 3 minute test on a new website. Very easy to use tool and super helpful to know the site could handle 25 bots hitting the site hundreds of times in a short time span.

Claude Code can do some real complex magic, but what I truly appreciate is when it can save me from having to copy and paste content from the client into specific fields over and over and over.

I've been using @harvest for 16 years and today they tell me they want to increase my annual price from $129.60 to $1,116.00 based on my usage. I'm one developer who has half a dozen projects on the go and sends less than 10 invoices a month. Make it make sense.

It's not like cheaper and better time tracking and invoicing services haven't come along over the last 16 years and then they do this. I really am not looking forward to switching tools.

This early morning Laravel coding session is powered by my wife's homemade banana bread and eatmore bar.

1. I've found a large, AI-driven bot network on X which is posting in support of Trump in the US election. Thread.

I heard this song on my Discover Weekly playlist this morning and I can't stop listing to it: Airfield by @ENTERSHIKARI song.link/i/1263896164 For fans of: British accents, soaring crescendos, and crashing rock guitars mixed with electronic vibes.

@ENTERSHIKARI coming to the show in Vancouver tomorrow, Airfield probably isn't on the setlist but excited to hear you live anyway.

Hey folks would love your help with a couple things before my talk on Tuesday. Do you currently use any of the following? - Laravel IDE helper? - Laravel Data (from @spatie_be) - any Vite JS plugins?

With everything on auto and the same lighting this is the difference between my Logitech C922 Pro and the @insta360 Link. It's going to be nice to not have to fiddle with my image settings every time I hop onto a call.

I'm about 80% done my second Statamic project and 70% done my first one (based on when I started). You may wonder why I'm working with Statamic, I wrote about that a few weeks ago: kuztek.com/blog/starting-wit…

I think the future of X is pretty clearly this post and it's comments: xitter.cf/battleangelviv/status/… One person with useful content shares it and then dozens of blue checks add nothing useful to the conversation but still hope of getting views and future ad share payment from X.
more CEOs and senior mgmt folks should start posting on 𝕏, and do so themselves! super lame to see accounts being run by their PR dept, chief of staff or similar. it helps their brand too - authenticity builds trust because it cannot be manufactured convincingly

Waking up to an authentic X experience just as @elonmusk wants: getting a spam message from a blue check account. Don't remember that happening back on Twitter.

Don't even know what to say anymore. Dumb move after dumb move until gradually it's dead.
And soon we shall bid adieu to the twitter brand and, gradually, all the birds
