This is a lay-by next to East Midlands airport. Could be anywhere in Britain. We really have become a nation of lazy, selfish, ignorant and anti-social slobs…or 20 million of us have at least.

The ninth hole at Ganton has been designed in partnership with Golf Course Architect, Martin Ebert.
A newly exposed natural sand waste area must be cleared to reach the fairway, which has been contoured to give the player a clear site of the hole from an elevated tee.

Brilliant session today between our #RD2Bs, @LDNursingHull and our DA practice partners… developing their knowledge on all things nutritional support. A massive thank you to our medical nutrition reps who, without, this session wouldn’t be such a success! @FacHealthHull

Time to launch my manifesto:
1. Creation of a new meal between breakfast and brunch
2. If it's not sunny on a bank holiday everyone gets a rollover until it is
3. Legally declare that nostalgia isn't as good as it used to be
4. Rename the Isle of Dogs (it's actually a peninsula)
5. Rejoin the EU but let everyone who voted to leave pretend that we still have
6. Creation of a new meal between brunch and lunch

My uncle Roy - A D-Day veteran.
I always remember him around this time.
He drove his Sherman tank ashore at around 2 p.m. on Sword Beach. The regiment was heavily engaged
He was awarded the Legion D’Honneur on the 70th anniversary of D-Day

The private school policy brings out the worst in Labour supporters. The undisguised glee at being able to make life harder not for the super rich (school fees are pocket change to them) but for the middle class. The ones who have typically done better than them through hard work and talent, rather than being born into privilege. It’s a real mask off moment.
