As a Boulderite, I pay less property tax than the majority of Americans. Colorado is 3rd in the country for lowest property taxes. I am not going for fight a small increase to that if it means helping support a public space that benefits the entire community.

My parents are in Gunbarrel. A drive once a week to pick up books and go to a weekly program costs about the same in gas prices as their annual property tax raise would.

Our libraries need more support than we can give them to thrive in the coming years. I’m happy to support a Library District. Nuestras bibliotecas necesitan más apoyo del que podemos ofrecerlas para avanzar en los próximos años. Estoy agradecida a apoyar un Library District.
