Made this crazy demo to show off the GSAP agent skills I've been iterating on. It got a little out of hand. Powered by @greensock inspired by the old glory days of Flash animaxxing.com/

Opus 5.5 found a pretty clever way to turn concept art into a playable 3D world
The workflow starts with a cel-shaded village concept generated with GPT.
Then:
> Opus 5.5 recreates the layout with simple 3D blocks
takes a screenshot from a fixed camera
> GPT paints over those blocks using the concept art as reference
> Opus builds a shader that projects the painting back onto the 3D geometry
The result still looks like the original illustration, but it’s now a real 3D space you can walk around and enter.
The same pipeline was repeated for interiors.
Characters were generated through GPT Images and then animated with Minimax H3.
This feels like a really interesting shortcut for getting a very specific 2D art direction into an actual playable game without manually modeling every detail.

Hi, I'm Felix. I'm an eng lead working on Claude. I love watching people take flight and do things they never thought possible.
We often describe that as "being more ambitious" when using AI, which is tricky advice to follow. I wrote a tutorial:

Hivecoding is the most powerful use of Ai that i have ever used...
25 opus 5.5 agents + top chat messages = hivecoding
Everyday i live stream and 100s of agentic engineers type fixes and improvements in my chat.
most people in my chat are real devs and much smarter than me.
i have agents run overnight, filtering out the best improvements and suggestions from chat and from my stream transcript. Last night my agents shipped 90 new changes to Kong Royale.
( 50 person battle royale im building )
i wake up to MASSIVE improvements everywhere.
the agents make changes to the stream, my production setup, our discord, etc...
The human is now the bottle neck, but not when you have 100 to 200 humans prompting your agents everyday.
I've been improving Animaxxing, my GSAP motion skills for AI coding agents.
New Flip and proximity recipes. Better cleanup when animations are interrupted. One phrase to animate an entire page.
Here are four demo sites I built with agents using the skills, and what changed.
Say "we're animaxxing" and every element gets an entrance, a settled state, and an exit. The agent keeps your design and respects reduced motion.
The cultural rooms show the full treatment.

The skills are open source. Install them with the official GSAP skills:
npx skills add greensock/gsap-skills
npx skills add johnpolacek/animaxxing-skills
Then ask your agent to animate your project. I'd love to see what you make.

🎇 I made a small Chrome extension: a side panel that drives any site's WebMCP tools with Jev!
When you type, on every keystroke it picks the relevant page's tool, fills in the arguments, and tells you how sure it is.
Here it is grocery shopping:

Here's the trailer for DEVIANTl, a sci-fi thriller about a tech mogul's clone that finds a flaw in its own code. Written by me, a sci-fi thriller about AI, made with AI. The full movie (82 min.) is live and free.
I decided to release it as is rather than regenerate & fix. Biggest problems were getting the actors to “act”, shot composition, character consistency, voice matching, and getting more than 2 characters to interact coherently.
Oh and the little snippet of music at the end there is “Out of My Mind” by Breezer (aka AISIS) - check them out at youtube.com/watch?v=whB21dr2…
