SF Bay Area peeps/history buffs, this is a great read. Didn’t know this house is just sitting under the Bay Bridge!
The eastern span of the Bay Bridge goes right over Nimitz House, one of the most storied residences in San Francisco history.

This is an interesting read… didn’t know about Eagle Mountain. I wonder what the buyer plans to do with it. 🤔
The modern ghost town of Eagle Mountain, California, is a destination for lookie-loos. YouTube is awash with videos of trespassers stepping over the boundary to gawk at the decrepit remains. trib.al/rwiZIy5

.@Safeway I get the need to do store construction at night when there are fewer shoppers. But leaving the majority of produce section at your Walnut Creek S. Broadway location uncovered while using a jackhammer in the adjacent refrigerator section seems unsanitary. #safetyfirst

Quick Update Followers - As I discussed a few days ago, the pattern for the West Coast is really going to do a 180, and flip cold and somewhat active. Check out the models below for the beginning and middle of the May. I know some folks are not going to like this, but as I discussed the other day, there might be some rain in the forecast and snow. Unreal, after the major warmup/snow melt later this week. Crazy stuff is brewing. Another foot in the Sierra Nevada's over 7000 feet?? Winter is not over! Stay tuned for more updates later tonight, as the pattern shift evolves.
More outdoor dining in WC? Yes plz.
