okay wtf gave it a spin and used my wannabe aura farming pfp, as i thought it's a difficult one to make a toy from and wow im super impressed, not only it correctly identified the object, but also because it gave it an artistic direction i respect @burnttoast a lot, so happy to see doodles cook this hard

i love learning new design styles terminologies if you're not a designer, you should be learning them too to make your ai produce better work that you enjoy problem is I don't know if some of the terminologies are somewhat "official", but honestly i don't care "grainwave" goes super hard, bookmarked
This style only makes bangers

kudos to @PhilHedayatnia for creating the Annual Report Archive, it's like browsing a premium internet nitter.cf/PhilHedayatnia/status/…
For most of the last century, companies hired serious designers, illustrators, and artists for the most boring document they published: the annual report. I built an archive of 3000+ of them, spanning 1945-1991.

i learnt 3d design (and design overall) by creating custom maps for modded zombie servers in Call of Duty 2 i'm also currently learning how coding works purely thanks to AI you can learn things every day if you're curious enough
kinda sad computer use will be a lost art for our kids setting up a minecraft server locally, one prompt away. any kind of setting, one prompt away. drivers, internet, downloads, any problem, always one prompt away

people when they see animations not "one prompt generated with fable" ahhh bait slop but actually tasteful work by real animators that magically stand out and they can't just generate it on their macbook airs
This animation is really cool, how can I generate such animations using AI? Can someone help me?

obviously they took inspiration for the name from this masterpiece
We’ve designed and built our first AI chip: Jalapeño. Designed from the ground up by OpenAI and brought to production with @Broadcom, Jalapeño is purpose-built for the LLM workloads powering ChatGPT, Codex, the API, and future agentic products. Chips are foundational to the AI economy. Building our own expands our full-stack platform from products to models to infrastructure, and will help us scale intelligence, serve more people, and expand access to AI.

beautiful in so many ways the video, music, announcement, but also vision, use of tech and pioneering the way in ai usage it's easy to think dystopian when talking about ai-driven world, so this type of things is exactly what we need godspeed Midjourney 🥹

Amazing take It always has been my view in any “designers are getting cooked” narrative it’s on the contrary - it has never been a better time to be a creative person
when creativity becomes the bottleneck instead of development cost, the internet should hopefully get weird again.

Fable 5 just have been released, but it will be extremely difficult to top the masterpiece that Fable 1 is
Introducing Claude Fable 5: a Mythos-class model that we’ve made safe for general use. Its capabilities exceed those of any model we’ve ever made generally available.

aahhhh what a time to be alive as a designer coding always felt to me like inaccessible magic in design work i absolutely adored code-based visual effects, but had zero clue how to make them myself now all it takes is one merciful vibecoder and the whole new world awaits 🥹

In an effort to improve our team's content creation skill, so that we can support our clients better, we ran an internal challenge. We offered a prize for whoever on the team had the largest % growth in reach over a 30 day period. Here are the results: - The lowest growth over 30 days was 2x - The 3rd place was 19x growth - 2nd place was 26x growth And the winner of the challenge, at a staggering 951x growth was @johnny_clock. This challenge was fun and got our team to understand new and better ways to support our clients. It also taught me that if there's a certain behavior or skill you're trying to teach your teammates, the best way to get their buy-in and participation is by packaging it in a challenge.
