Hi @ConsensusCare do you guys actually have the ability to solve problems? Wrong invoices for wrong companies sent (several). Now I'm shut off and sales reps can't help and support / billing won't answer the phone. Are you still in business?

Now I have to “negotiate with the people in Charlotte” to be able to at least put one parent and one child together. We have seats all over the plane. Thanks again! I hate to air this in public but I feel like I need documentation at this point.
Next the person at the next gate over refused to help with my boarding pass with the WRONG DESTINATION and wouldn’t point me to who could help. Just said it’ll probably be fine. So im at MCO and hoping I make it home or my family isn’t kicked off the plane at our stopover.
