I am very happy with my @ridgewallet and my ridge mag power bank. However when trying to purchase another power bank for my wife I get “you have a $10 store credit” that I can’t access and EVERY time I try to get help from Ridge, I get multiple emails to “make my purchase”.

Kinetic has the worst customer service. No live help unless you can get the chatbot to pass you along which takes 15 minutes and NO phone numbers take you to help. If I want fiber speeds, I'm stuck with @GoKineticFiber. They are overpriced unless you're a new customer.
My in-laws signed up for @MyStraightTalk and upgraded to unlimited minutes and was cut off on phone call yesterday, called support and was told system was down. Same story today. So they have health issues and no cell coverage. What is going on?

We cancelled @Instacart years ago because the service was shit. Today, years later, we give you guys another chance and more than 2 hours later I know why we cancelled. “Driver didn’t work out” blah blah blah. Your service sucks. Do better. Although we won’t be using you again.
