I’m kind of blown away by Claude right now. I was having a chat discussing mapping data from my current CRM to the new CRM I’m building. I told Claude that I had built a table in Notion mapping a section of the data. Claude went into Notion and found the table almost instantly.

I never got the memo that there are ads in Google Gemini.

Day 3 or building out a customized real estate CRM. Changes made: - Removed the redundant header. - Added a satellite view. - Remade the files section and it works!

I think Google AI Studio implemented the Claude mock-up pretty well for the statuses, action, and follow-up date, but I do need to reconfigure the automatic date picker.

I added some icons to the card headers to make them more visually appealing.

My current workflow is to create a mock-up using Claude chat. Then I take that mock-up and paste it into Google AI Studio and ask it to implement it.

Very minor tweak, but now the dollar amounts have commas.

The Comet browser simplifies many tasks. Previously, I copied and pasted URLs into ChatGPT for data. Now, I ask the Comet assistant to convert page data into a table.

Currently the Seattle area has the most @ElectrifyAm stations not operating b/c of vandalism. 3 stations are down. Heard thieves are cutting cables to steal the copper. Why are the Seattle stations being hit the hardest? Difficult to charge EV's when you can't find a charger.

According to data from Zillow, here is a ranking of land sales in every state over the last 90 days. The top 5 states are: 1. Florida 2. North Carolina 3. California 4. Texas 5. Arizona

Lee County is still #1 for land sales. Put together this list a couple of weeks ago ranking every county in Florida. According to Zillow Lee County leads all counties with 2,865 sales in the last 90 days.

Big fan of what @perplexity_ai is doing. I find myself using Google less and less. It's super fast, relevant answers and provides context to questions.

Spent way too much time today trying to parse real estate data that wasn't in a particular logical order. Asked ChatGPT and it was done in a couple of minutes.
