Considering this guy done! Kitbashed a Blood Angels librarian using an AoS Stormcast as a base. Mostly miscellaneous official GW bits with some green stuff to fill in gaps and make the symbol on the sword. I used a DakkaDakkaStore shoulder to fabricate a psychic hood.
