In Gaza, more than 70 children have been reported killed since October 10th, when the world hoped the relentless violence and distress for more than one million children would end.
A ceasefire must translate into genuine safety for children, not more loss.
Every child has the right to live. The killing of children must end now.

Well… @Wrongone100 and other X folk It’s a long time since I used X. But I’m returning. I have autoimmune disorders & in the past year have developed ‘low vision’. However I’ve had work done in my studio and am going to paint, who knows what might happen’😎😀
It’s been a challenging time with hospital admissions & my R eye tearing. Life has changed @RNIB & others have been helpful 👏(including providing audiobooks.)

Imagine if every school took 1 minute in the morning and 1 minute in the afternoon to do this with the children & UP in their care. Imagine if this was as normal as books & maths lessons. Imagine what that would do for 'disruptive behaviour'.

The vagus nerve is a bundle of nerves that goes from the brain stem to every major organ.
It regulates our autonomic nervous system.
We can access vagus nerve stimulation through our ears. Using your finger pull down with medium pressure. Then do some gentle circular motions. Repeat on both sides.
Notice how calm your entire body feels afterwards. How your thoughts are less racing. If you get the urge to yawn, or cry, or release your jaw— do it. This is your nervous system releasing sympathetic energy.
And yes, this is why q-tips feel so good.
