I've been using @apachenifi for over a decade now, and I've learned a ton of lessons. I wanted to share my production-ready setup docs featuring Vault-managed TLS, Traefik proxying, and monitoring. I'm gearing up to use this setup for a large @neo4j #GenAI & Knowledge Graph (GraphRag) project. I'm pumped.

The Apache NiFi Team is pleased to announce the release of Apache NiFi 2.2.0.
Improvements include an extensible Database Dialect Service for SQL, extended copying and pasting for flow definitions, and OAuth support for integration with Workday.

Snowflake is expanding into the ETL for multimodal unstructured data.
Datavolo, acquired by Snowflake, suggests that we need ETL again vs. the previous new paradigm of ELT spearheaded by $SNOW & Fivetran & Dbt in the CDW structured data.
Datavolo has a very compelling solution and IMO they are the leader in the space w/ co-founder previously contributed to Cloudera's NiFi-related business that is $100m+ in rev.
If SNOW is able to secure this new spot in the ETL pipeline value chain, then it can take more share out of the value chain and eat Databricks' lunch.

The Apache NiFi Team is pleased to announce the release of Apache NiFi 2.1.0.
NiFi 2.1.0 includes new features, improvements, bug fixes, and dependency upgrades. New features include copying and pasting flow definitions between NiFi deployments.
