Claude documents it's usage meter as being real time. I believed them and used Claude Code while watching the usage meter. It didn't move until 2 hours later when it jumped by $24.

My opinion: Unilaterally destroying a substantial and historical part of the Whitehouse is a high crime and should be punished by impeachment and removal.
