Anyone still here? I wrote a book of short stories—because really, who has time for long ones? Suburban Jungle & Other Stories was tons of fun to create. The collection's main theme is relationships (of all types) and connection or lack thereof. joavent.com/

Slackluster: when a slack workspace is so active that you stop trying to keep up with all the channels and consider the whole thing more like a searchable repository (this use case breaks fast if you are on the free plan).

A really interesting article and I am seeing some of the trends that @jocjo is talking about when I talked with hiring managers in tech. Most notably: more US companies are exploring hiring in LatAm. Local LatAm startups really feel this impact already (negative from their POV)

Incredible write up detailing how Flo Health revolutionized their hiring, slashing time to hire in half, with a little help from @TheTalentWall

Love how this accommodates different thinking styles and mitigates for a lack of interview adeptness - especially when the latter so often has little to do with actual job performance.
Just interviewed with a company that offers you the choice to either do a 60 min live-coding technical assessment or a take-home project followed by a walk-through of the code. Wish more companies would take this approach.
