Love that Neha’s looks for the bright spots and how the teams got there and how it can be applicable to other teams Just as important to look at healthy teams, as dysfunctional ones

The design systems community is a huge part of what makes my job so fulfilling. I get to spend time chatting with incredibly smart, kind & supportive people. When I first joined Supernova, everyone I met in design systems was welcoming and open to sharing their experiences.

It's a small but highly supportive community that enjoys helping each other problem-solve, share learnings, and kvetch about common woes. Remember, though: each person approaches this work from a different perspective and there's no "wrong way" to do just about anything. [1/2]

And now, during panels and community conversations, they continue to be open about sharing their learnings and problem solving together. I always say the community community is the best one there is (rather biased here) but the design systems community is a very close second.
