@EdKieswetter I acknowledge this platform is not ideal, so apologies. I am distressed at the knowledge that a 74 year old is battling with SARS for a refund for a tax return filed Sept last year. Shocking call centre agent response today was please complain on our website
Call centre advised no appointments to offices can be made to query this and no amount of calling the call centre will resolve the matter that has been escalated multi times

Cool announcement from @FNBSA - They have launched a virtual card - customers no longer need to rely on a physical card at merchants that have Tap to Pay functionality as they can either use an Android smart device, or an Apple device where the merchant accepts QR Code payments.
