Unpopular opinion but Joe Biden is literally everything Americans say they want in a president: highly empathetic, skilled at getting shit done, seeks bipartisanship where possible, stays out of headlines, not corrupt, willing to change his mind on issues with the electorate

"In his Oscar acceptance speech, Jonathan Glazer issued a universal moral warning against dehumanization. His aim was not to descend to the level of political discourse.
Critics who expected a clear political stance or a film solely about genocide did not grasp the depth of his message.
'The Zone of Interest”' is not a film about the Shoah. It is primarily a profound warning about humanity and its nature."

OK, UX designers. Let's talk about your portfolio.
I've been reviewing these lately (mostly for clients who ask us to help build their team, but occasionally for designers who ask nicely).
There are important things that many designers miss, especially early career folks.

If your argument for whiteboard design challenges during interviews is “that’s how we work here, how much of the interview process up to that moment was you standing at the whiteboard?

Metrics for the experience are critical for measuring quality. Execs like takeaways and metrics are great for that as well.
Most times product teams don’t prioritize building in ux metrics. Teams have to find other ways of calculating and communicating them
