Support our work!
Today, during Faithful Give, your gift to PA Family can go twice as far, and YOU can make it possible for a student to attend City on the Hill next year! This year, a record 90 students attended City on the Hill, our youth leadership and worldview conference. 90 students were equipped to lead in truth. 90 students' lives were changed. A 2026 City on the Hill student said, “City on the Hill has truly changed my life. I walk away today as a different person than I was a week ago.” You helped make that possible, and your gift today helps City on the Hill continue! From now through tomorrow, thanks to a generous challenge grant from the Alvin S. Engle Foundation, every dollar donated to PA Family through Faithful Give will be doubled, up to $20,000. That means your $50 gift becomes $100, your $100 becomes $200, and your support goes even further in defending life and strengthening families across Pennsylvania. Every dollar goes farther. We also get a portion of the $175,000 shared fund and prizes from Faithful Give! Visit pafamily.org/faithfulgive to double your gift today!

“The scandal here is not Elliot. The scandal is that Austen’s article provides exactly zero evidence to support the claim that Elliot was a bisexual. Zero. None. Nada.” @DennyBurk Shame on you, @CTmagazine and @drmoore, for publishing such a filthy story.

This awesome ad is running during college football games today, saw it during Notre Dame. Clearly aimed at normal guys who may not pay too much attention to politics, but know Democrats are crazy.

A retired NASA engineer who had worked on the Space Shuttle program for 25 years was hired by SpaceX at age 62. He described the first week as the most disorienting experience of his professional life. At NASA, a design change required 3 meetings, 2 committees, a review board, and 6 to 18 months of documentation. At SpaceX, his new supervisor said "if it works, build it. If it doesn't, change it by Friday." He sat at his desk after the first day and called his wife. He told her he felt like a man who had been swimming with ankle weights for 25 years and someone just cut them off. He could move. He could decide. He could build something in the morning and test it in the afternoon. The constraint that he had accepted as the nature of aerospace engineering turned out to be the nature of bureaucracy. Within 6 months he had contributed to more design iterations than he had completed in his last 5 years at NASA. Not because he was working harder. Because the time between having an idea and testing the idea collapsed from months to hours. The same brain. The same knowledge. A different operating system. He described a specific moment where he proposed a modification to a Raptor engine component. At NASA, the proposal would have entered a queue. At SpaceX, the modification was machined by the end of the day and tested by the following morning. He watched his idea become a physical object in 18 hours. At NASA, 18 hours would not have been enough to schedule the first meeting to discuss whether to schedule a meeting. He told an interviewer: "I didn't get smarter when I went to SpaceX. I got faster. The intelligence was always there. The system was in the way." The difference between SpaceX and NASA is not talent. NASA has extraordinary talent. The difference is the time between a thought and a test. SpaceX compresses it. NASA elongates it. The same engineer produces 10x more at SpaceX than at NASA because the bottleneck was never the engineer. It was the meetings about the meetings about the work.

👏👏👏 Stewardship! Well done!
AMAZING. York County Library Board in SC just voted to OVERRULE library staff and REMOVE five s*xually explicit books from the children's section. Public libraries across the country are FILLED with inappropriate books to groom your kids. We must protect the children! More of this 👏

Stop gaslighting children!
One of the most closeted demographics in the country is children with LGBTQ parents. Most have suffered mother/father loss and wrestle with the instability and pain that follows. Those who have same-sex parents deal with mother-hunger or father-hunger, which can make them vulnerable to the wrong kinds of male or female attention. Some were created through sperm/egg selling and combat feelings of commodification as a result. Some discover new half-siblings every month or two if their dad was a serial “donor.” Some struggle with their own understanding of themselves as a boy because they don't have a father. Girls struggle with their femininity because they don't have a mother. Some mourn the loss of their father after he “transitioned” to become a woman. Many were raised in the home of an unrelated adult with whom they feel less connected and sometimes less protected. And most are told (by therapists, society, and sometimes the adult raising them) that failure to rejoice over their household arrangement is bigotry. It is a cruel form of cultural gaslighting that require children to remain in closeted isolation.

I really need people who are considering sitting out this election remembering what was going on during the Biden Admin and realizing that going back isn't an option.

“A mother’s love for her child is a reflection of God’s unconditional love for us.” ~ @RCamposDuffy at the @PFIpolicy Friends of the Family banquet. Motherhood is rooted in God’s design for womanhood. That’s why the battle over what it means to be a woman matters so much!

What I'm working on: Smarter Comms! ⬇️ The strategic advantage of AI in communications isn’t fewer people. It’s getting more value from the people you already have, and increasing the rapid-learning cycles by making data exponentially more actionable. In a funding-constrained nonprofit, some of our most talented people still spend significant time collecting numbers, reconciling reports, moving information between platforms, spotting trends, and preparing routine performance updates. The biggest challenge, though, is digesting it all into actionable insights non-tech leadership can use! AI can take on much of that repeatable processing work far faster than a person can. More importantly, an AI “employee” can continuously analyze far more information across disconnected technology silos — email, CRM, web analytics, social, fundraising, advertising, earned media and campaign data — and identify patterns, relationships, correlations and causations that would be difficult for a human team to find consistently. That changes what the human team gets to spend its time doing. More strategy. More creativity. Better storytelling. Better relationships. Better judgment. Better ideas. I’ve been thinking about what this looks like operationally, not theoretically. My next bot employee is an Executive Marketing Intelligence Bot. Instead of simply producing another dashboard, its job would be to answer: What changed? Why does it matter? Where are we underperforming? Where is momentum building? What should we do next? How is our content output making a difference? Done well, it will give me two things I need: better Comms strategic intelligence and clearer impact and performance accountability. And that is where I think the larger opportunity lies. Marketing and communications leadership increasingly requires more than being a good writer or messaging strategist. It requires the wonder to ask what could work differently, the ability to design better systems, and the willingness to use emerging tools before resource-rich ideological opponents gain an advantage. The organizations that learn to combine human judgment, innovation and relationships with AI-powered tools will be able to move faster, learn faster and make better decisions without simply adding more staff. The goal is not for AI to make talented people less necessary. The goal is to make their talent more valuable.

Stop Shapiro Administration’s Attack on Parents’ Access to Kids’ Mental Health Records Parents have a right to know what is happening with their child’s medical care. But new regulations proposed by the Shapiro Administration would make it harder for parents to access their children’s mental health care records. Children under 14: Current Pennsylvania regulations specifically recognize a parent’s access to the mental health records of a child under age 14. But the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services is deleting that clear rule, making it easier for healthcare providers to hide information from parents. Children 14 and older: Pennsylvania already limits parental access to mental health records when an older child consents to mental health treatment. But these new regulations remove even the limited protections parents currently have to obtain information about that care. Billing records: The Department is also deleting a provision that allows parents to see what treatments are being given within billing records. Parents can be charged for services without being entitled to information about what they are paying for. Parents have the primary responsibility to care for and protect their children. The Department of Human Services wants to restrict parental access to critical information, cutting the primary caregivers out of their children’s lives. Government should never stand between parents and the care of their children! The Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) will consider these regulations on October 15. You don't have much time to make your voice heard! Ask IRRC to reject these regulations and stop making it harder for parents to know what is happening with their own children. Visit pafamily.org/no to take action!

You made them back down. “Governor Shapiro is the least transparent governor in modern Pennsylvania history. His Department of Health issued over 500 pages of proposed regulation rewrite, and they were quite egregious. And I want to thank the people who are listening now because it’s because of you commenting during the comment period that they had to pull them back.” —PA Treasurer Stacy Garrity Last night, Pennsylvania’s gubernatorial debate put a spotlight on the Shapiro Administration’s sweeping regulatory overreach—and on what happened when Pennsylvanians fought back. Thousands of you spoke up. You submitted comments. You refused to stay silent. And the administration pulled back its proposed 500+ pages of regulations. Now they’re at it again. New proposed regulations could threaten parents’ access to their own children’s mental health records. We stopped government overreach before. We can do it again. Make your voice heard now at PAFamily.org/no.
