Early trials results show that trontinemab may clear amyloid quicker than lecanemab and donanemab.
Roche, who manufactures the drug, are planning to run larger trials later this year to see if the drug canslow down the decline in memory and thinking in people with early Alzheimer’s, and in those at risk of developing the disease.
